  • A whistleblowing is complanit made by Electrica’s personnel a supplier, a customer, or any representative of a stakeholder (including contractor, subcontractor, bidder in a procurement procedure, candidate in a selection procedure, member or technical expert in an evaluation and/or selection or procurement committee, etc.) in respect to maladministration, non-compliance with: internal rules of ethics, business conduct, policies or procedures, corruption or other violations of applicable law force at national and European level.
  •  A whistleblower may be Electrica’s personnel, a supplier, a customer, or any representative of a stakeholder (including contractor, sub-contractor, tenderer in a procurement procedure, candidate in a member selection procedure or technical expert in an evaluation and/or selection or acquisition committee) who, in good faith, is aware of an act or a situation that is likely to constitute a violation of the rules governing the activity of Electrica.
  • A complaint is the notification made by telephone, e-mail or through the on-line platform and submitted for processing to REPER pentru Management prin Valori.

Electrica provides all stakeholders with the whistleblowing management system managed by an independent organization – REPER  pentru Management prin Valori- in order to guarantee the protection of the identity for persons using it.

If you are part of the personnel, customers, suppliers or other business partners, participants in procurement or recruitment procedures, or members of evaluation committees of Electrica and

If  you would like to report a breach of business ethics and conduct, management, policies or internal procedures, anti-corruption laws, other applicable laws or a risk in respect to them
Whistleblowing
If you would like to report one of the following, we inform you that these are considered whistleblowing and are the responsibility of the Customer Relations Department, for which we ask you to address the specialised department in one of Electrica’s subsidiaries after pressing “Report”:
  • Power loss
  • Failure in electrical networks
  • Damage caused by power cuts
  • Non-compliance with the provisions of the supply contract
  • Problems encountered in the relationship with Electrica’s personnel (unavailability to inform, poor or incorrect information, non-reliable attitude, etc.)
