SE Electrica SA provides this system to facilitate reporting for stakeholders to communicate concerns regarding breaches of the law and the rules governing the company’s activity. The system is managed by an independent third party – REPER pentru Management prin Valori – to ensure the protection of the identity of the reporting persons.

We remind you that, in accordance with Law no. 361/2022, a report includes the following: name and surname, contact details of the reporting person, the work-related context in which the information was obtained, the person concerned (if known), a description of the deed likely to constitute a breach of the law, the date, and, where applicable, the evidence in support of the report.

Anonymous reports (those that do not include the name, surname, and contact details of the reporting person) are examined and resolved only to the extent that they contain significant clues regarding breaches of the law.

The data provided through this form are processed and stored by REPER pentru Management prin Valori. These data are used to contact you if you request support for submitting the report, if it is necessary to request additional information from you, or to communicate the feedback provided by SE Electrica SA regarding the follow-up actions taken to resolve the reported situation.

Before submiting the report to SE Electrica SA, it is anonymized by removing your identification and contact data. If you wish for these data to be communicated to the appointed department within SE Electrica SA, please state this expressly in the „description of acts” section.

If you require guidance regarding the reporting methods, the way of structuring the information or classifying the acts, or regarding the functioning of the Whistleblowing Reporting System, please fill in the first section of the form, including your contact data.

    Please bear in mind that the petition regime does not apply to this report, and therefore the 30-day statutory deadline for petitions is not applicable. Reports are submitted for analysis, investigation, and resolution to tthe Department of Audit of Electrica SA, which will provide feedback regarding the follow-up actions undertaken to resolve the issues reported by you within a maximum of 3 months from the date of registration.

    This feedback will be communicated to you through the advisors of the Whistleblowing Management System within REPER pentru management prin Valori.
